Description

This is a gorgeous 1770 square-foot luxury condominium located directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 6th floor in the beautiful Beach Colony West, it boasts professional decor and plenty of space to accommodate your family and friends. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen, granite countertops, breakfast nook that seats at least 6 with amazing views of the entire peninsula. There is a large dining room table and plenty of seating in the living room. The 360 sq/ft terrace offers unobstructed views, which include the longest pier in Northwest Florida.

The master suite features access to the terrace, views of the gulf, and a jetted whirlpool tub overlooking the Emerald Green Gulf waters. Beautifully decorated in whites corals, and sea blue colors with a large walk-in closet, you'll feel like you're a guest at the finest 5-star resort and never want to leave your king-sized bed.

The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed with more beautiful views of the Navarre Sound and a full-sized ensuite bath. This room has beautifully appointed custom-made bedding and drapery in ocean blues and yellows.

The third guest suite features a full-sized ensuite bath, full bunk beds with a full trundle, accommodating up to 6. Custom bedding and drapery provide a coastal feel retreat featuring bright blue and green bedding.

We do have a pack N play if you bring your little ones!

A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer provides easy clean-up after a day at the beach or lounging by the largest pool in Navarre!

Navarre Beach is centrally located, between Pensacola and Destin, with restaurants, shops, outlet malls, and plenty of kid-friendly activities and entertainment available for your enjoyment. In addition, there are three excellent restaurants and bars are within walking distance!

The condo also has two parking spaces, one reserved, one unreserved, in the same building as the onsite tennis courts. There is also a small fitness center available for those who want a little more than long walks on the beach or through the nearby National Beach reserves.

Daily Beach Chair service of 2 chairs, 1 umbrella is included Seasonally (March -October)

"We had a wonderful stay at Coco's Cabana! Everything was just as described/pictured in the listing. It was nice to have three bathrooms with our large group. The beach service (2 chairs/one umbrella) was a plus. Beautiful view of the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed many walks to the pier. Our host was extremely friendly and quick to respond. Five stars all around!!"

"The unit was as described and in a great location on a beautiful beach. The pool was lovely too. The parking is convenient once you figure out where it is. The kitchen is very well stocked and all appliances work great; washer and dryer were awesome...The view is perfect and there were plenty of linens and all were clean. Comfy beds. TV had Netflix, Prime, cable, etc which was great. The umbrella and chair service on the beach was so convenient, again once we figured out how to reserve our spot. You can also rent kayaks and paddle boards right on the beach...Easy checkout!"

"Our stay was perfect. The place was a few minutes walk to the pool and the beach. We were surrounded with water just like we wanted. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded on time. The whole house was super clean and inviting. Overall it was one of the best places we have ever stayed and we are coming back next time."
