This Two bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo has a direct sound front view. Covered parking and with great outdoor space for enjoying the outdoors. The private beach behind the condo is great for enjoying paddle boarding and kayaking or sitting on the beach.

Upon entering the unit, the unobstructed view to the sound will surely catch your eye. An abundance of natural lighting in the common areas creates a spacious feel. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and on suite bathroom. The balcony offers beautiful water views to enjoy the sunrise or the sunset.

There is enough dining space for 4 people.

The home also has an outside shower to hose off after enjoying some fun in the sun.

"We had a great time during our stay! The condo was just what our group needed to ensure we had a relaxing vacation. Having access to the private beach, plus covered parking was super helpful. The location is great, too; close enough to the boardwalk and night life while still being a 5 mins drive away. The condo looks just like the pictures, and gave our group the privacy we needed to have a great time. We look forward to coming back soon!"

"This property is located on a private beach on the cove side (intercoastal waterway), with crystal clear water and a fishing pier. We were delighted by the late afternoon visits by dolphins! The public beach on the gulf side is less than a five minute walk just across the street. There is a beautiful pool area right next to the building with a beach volleyball court and convenient restrooms available. Private parking spot beneath the unit, porch swing, deck and master bedroom balcony with great views. We even watched the Blue Angels practice from the property (Pontoon rental is available nearby from a third party for a closer view). There is an Oyster bar and a convenience store within walking distance, and several more restaurants and shops a five minute drive away. All of the neighbors we interacted with (some vacation renters, some long-term residents) were very friendly. We felt very comfortable and at home at the property, and would consider staying again in the future!"

"The stay was fantastic! The quieter private beach access on the sound side was perfect with having younger children. The condo was clean with everything we needed for a making our own meals or going out. Overall; very comfortable, and even the neighbors were great."
