Description

There are four-decks offering wonderful views. The top floor offers a private primary suite with king bed, newly remodeled primary bath suite and deck access. This floor also has two additional bedrooms and one additional bath. The main level has a beautifully furnished living area with French doors onto the covered deck which overlooks the pool. The kitchen and dining area adjoin the living area and offer French doors to the large sun deck on the south side of the home. This level offers two additional bedrooms each with one queen bed which share a hall bath with the living area. The lower level has a bunk room with two sets of full over full bunk beds, bathroom and laundry area. Complimentary WiFi. Gas grill. 12-cup coffeemaker.

There is a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room!

"Great location. We love that we can walk to the beach, which we ended up doing every day. We truly appreciate that there are beach chairs and beach toys provided at the rental house that we can use. The house has many rooms which are perfect for our big family. We love that there is a lot of natural light. Overall, we had a wonderful time!"

House and pool were clean!

"House and pool were clean. The air conditioner was out upon arrival, the property manager was very responsive. The A/c company came out the same day and the unit was replaced at first availability. The property manger was very kind and helpful throughout the process and even brought us fans and water. There were two BBQ pits one did not work and the other only two burners worked so if planning on cooking take into consideration the extra time needed to cook for a larger group. There are multiple rotten deck boards on the decks, I notified the property manager. It’s my understanding this is a new property for this company, they seemed concerned with my feedback. I feel confident they will be addressing these few minor issues. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again and recommend this property."

"Very clean house that housed a family of 14 comfortably. Showers on each floor, plenty of deck space (didn’t use much because it was so stinking hot and humid end of July). Had a great deck with a canopy that overlooked the pool. The staff was amazing and very accommodating when trying to check in an hour early. There is a couple of maintenance-like things that could be fixed to touch up, but other than those things, it was still a 10/10 stay! Highly recommend."
