Master bedroom 1: Large oversize room with direct walkout to the deck it is fitted with a king bed, private bath and French Doors to outdoor areas.

Guest bedroom 2: Direct walk out to the deck are it is fitted with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed

Guest bedroom 3: Another direct walkout this bedroom has 2 twin beds and a twin trundle.

Living room: Murphy bed that comes down out of a custom enclosure that sleeps 2. There is also a chair and a half that converts to a twin bed.

When you want to hit the beaches it is but a short 2 minute walk along the path next to the home will take you directly on the pristine white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach.
