It has been and is our goal to maintain a safe and healthy environment while still allowing guests and residents to enjoy the beautiful paradise that is Pensacola Beach.
To that end, we have complied with all government mandates and guidelines, and have implemented the following safety protocols:
We have installed hand sanitizer in all elevators, on all floors, and throughout public areas.
We have installed plexiglass shields at counters wherever we have team members interacting with owners and guests.
We are following all cleaning and sanitation standards set by the government agencies.
We have made masks mandatory for all 400 team members.
We have posted notices requesting that guests and owners wear masks in indoor areas.
We have installed signage in public areas providing social distancing and COVID-19 general information.
We have limited the number of pool chairs on pool decks and set the chairs consistent with social distancing guidelines.
We have complied with state requirements on restaurant seating capacities.
Our restaurants are utilizing disposable paper menus.
We have required that those eating at our outdoor restaurant observe social distancing guidelines.
We adhere to all CDC spa guidelines.
We take the temperatures of all employees before each shift and anyone with a fever or COVID-symptoms is sent home.
We have followed the short-term rental guidelines as mandated by the Governor’s executive orders.
We have posted elevator signage seeking to limit capacity.
We have purchased masks which upon request will be issued to owners and guests.
Most owners and guests understand the unprecedented challenges presented by the pandemic and have been pleased with our safety protocols. Those protocols have been successful. We understand and appreciate that there will always be those who feel more can be done. We will continue to listen to those concerns and balance them with the need to provide the highest level of service to all of our owners and guests.
