How do I book a monthly or long-term stay? Monthly and long-term rates are custom-quoted based on your dates, party size, and property, so our reservation specialists build your quote by phone. Call 1 (844) 253-1892 and we'll find the right fit and rate for your stay.
What's the minimum stay for long-term rates? 28 nights. Stays shorter than that are booked at our standard nightly rate.
When do long-term rates apply? Discounted monthly rates are available for stays booked within the November–March season. Additional dates may be available upon request.
How does payment work? A 50% deposit is due at time of booking, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival, and if your stay extends across multiple months, payments continue monthly thereafter.

Can I combine long-term rates with other discounts or promotions? No — monthly rates cannot be combined with other offers.
What if my plans change and I need to cancel my stay? A nonrefundable cancellation waiver may be purchased for $250 which allows you to cancel within 30 days of arrival with no penalty. Reservations without a cancellation waiver are nonrefundable.
Are the properties fully furnished, including kitchen essentials? Yes, all properties are fully furnished including TVs in all bedrooms, dedicated dining areas and fully equipped kitchens. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, but beach towels are not. All properties are stocked with paper and toiletry amenities to begin your stay.
Is Wi-Fi included, and is it reliable enough for remote work? Yes, all properties are equipped with complimentary, high speed internet access.
Is housekeeping included, or available on request? A departure clean is included with your stay. If you would like cleaning services through out your stay they may be arranged with our team at an additional expense.
What's the weather really like in Pensacola Beach in the winter? Mild and mostly sunny. Daytime highs typically run in the low-to-mid 60s with overnight lows in the 40s. The Gulf is usually too cold for swimming, but it’s ideal weather for beach walks, outdoor dining, and exploring all the areas has to offer.
Can I book the same unit for next winter? Yes, our reservations specialist would be glad to rebook you for your next stay with us at a preferred rate.
