Hurricane Isaias: Operations Closure & Affected Arrivals

Guest notice issued: October 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time

In light of the emergency evacuation order issued by Escambia County for Pensacola Beach (Zone A) and the forecasted impacts of Hurricane Isaias, Premier Island Management Group announced that operations will close on Friday, October 9.

Stays with arrivals scheduled for Thursday, October 8, through Sunday, October 11, cannot be accommodated. Please do not travel to the property for your scheduled check-in. We will announce when arrivals can safely resume after weather conditions and property assessments allow us to reopen. A reopening date has not been announced.

Affected Reservations & Unused Nights

Guests who booked directly with Premier Island Management Group: 
If your stay was shortened by the required departure, you will receive a full refund for the unused remainder of your stay. If your arrival was scheduled for October 8–11 and your stay was canceled, you will receive a full refund for your canceled stay. For questions about your reservation, call (877) 484-3405.

Guests who booked through another property management company or directly with a condo owner:
Please contact that company or owner for information about refunds or compensation for canceled stays or unused nights. If you booked through a third-party booking platform and are unsure who manages your reservation, review your booking confirmation and contact the provider listed there for guidance.

Reopening & Property Updates

After the storm, our team will assess managed properties as soon as access and conditions permit. We will share additional information about operations and arrivals as it becomes available.

Please avoid traveling to the property while conditions are unsafe. Wait for confirmed arrival instructions from the provider managing your reservation before traveling for check-in.
