A Few Things to Know Before Your Stay

While we're excited to welcome guests back, some areas of the resort will remain temporarily restricted as inspections and repairs continue.

  • Balcony Access is Strictly Prohibited
Balcony doors have been secured to prevent access. You can continue to enjoy the beautiful Gulf, Sound, and Island views through the floor-to-ceiling windows in your accommodations. Please do not tamper with, remove, or bypass any restriction devices. For everyone’s safety, accessing a balcony will result in your stay ending early, without compensation for unused nights.

    •

  • Stay Clear of Restricted Areas
Certain areas surrounding Towers Four and Five remain restricted while repairs are underway. Do not enter these areas or bypass barriers or posted signs. Please remain in the permitted areas around your assigned tower and designated public areas.

    •

  • Wear Shoes in All Public Areas
Our team has worked diligently to remove glass shards from walkways and public areas; however, small pieces may remain. For your safety, we strongly urge all guests to wear shoes in all public areas.

    •

  • Access for Required Inspections
Insurance adjusters are on property and may need to enter your condo to inspect for storm-related damage. Guests must allow access for these required inspections. Thank you for cooperating with the inspection teams as they complete this work.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as recovery continues. Our team is happy to help you make the most of your visit. We look forward to sharing the beauty, relaxation, and experiences that make Portofino so special.
