Each uniquely decorated residence has a gourmet kitchen, dining room, spa-inspired bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and large balconies.

Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the three bedroom residence has 1,614 square feet of living space. Each unit has a large living and dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, a master suite, and 2 guest bedrooms each with a private bath. The balcony with built-in cook center has plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing.

This unit has bedding of King, King and Queen and Sleeper Sofa.

1 Free Seasonal Beach Chair set and Umbrella are provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals.

You will receive 2 parking passes for your stay.

"We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip — from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of towels. The balcony view was absolutely stunning. The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach. Instructions were clear, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable beach escape!"

"We stayed two nights and there were 7 adults. We had plenty of space and it was a very comfortable condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you would need. Even a bar set!! The view is amazing and we even grilled on the outdoor grill!! We can’t wait to come back!"

Luxury at the Beach

My family and I recently stayed at Beach Club 405 for the 5th time in the last few years. After the first visit we decided that we never needed to search again for a place to stay at the beach, this was it for us. Our forever vacation spot. Luxurious, updated regularly, clean, friendly and attentive staff, amazing amenities, and it is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, including the Pensacola Beach Board Walk. Our favorite feature is the extra -large balcony. From it, we dolphin watch in the mornings and occasionally we get to watch the Blue Angels fly in the afternoons.

This was our second summer vacation in this condo. The decor in the condo matches the beauty of the ocean view. The condo had everything we needed for our week stay. It is furnished beautifully and leaves plenty of space in each of the rooms for your personal items. The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials and the drink ware and dishes are elegant. The owners did a fantastic job of thinking about what guests would need or might need for a stress free vacation! The location of the Beach Club is within walking distance to the restaurants and shops but also far enough that it’s quiet and peaceful. The condo overlooks the beautiful pool and the boardwalk leading to the sugar white beach. Beach chair service was great and always assisted us with finding just the right spot! We can’t wait to book 0405 again!

This spacious condo is top notch! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home! Beautiful decor that truly enhances the beauty of the ocean view! The condo is absolutely stunning! Everything that you need for either a short weekend or an extended stay! The condo overlooks the beautiful pool and the boardwalk leading to the sugar white beach of Pensacola! The condo is within walking distance to the local restaurants and entertainment. Only minutes away from the protected beaches if seclusion is your desire! We’ve stayed in this condo twice and have never been disappointed! Looking forward to continuing our annual relaxation on the beach in our favorite condo on the beach!

This is an extremely clean condo with the most comfortable beds, luxurious master suite, gated, private pools, and private beach access. The ocean view from the extra-large balcony is amazing, we watched a pod dolphins and even a shark during our stay! Make sure you’re watching the Blue Angels schedule, we got to watch them fly back to base one day while eating lunch on the balcony! Beach Club 405 is our new go-to vacation spot!

Had a wonderful time with family. Enjoyed the beach, watching tiny crabs; walked the pier and saw manta rays, stingrays, and a big turtle. Restaurants were excellent, and the rooms and views can't be beat.
