Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

"My family stayed a week in 5-702 in March. The unit is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed and more! It was clean , up to date and comfortable. The view is breathtaking and the sunsets were amazing! We loved looking at the white sand and crystal blue water. It was an easy walk to the beach and the resort pools. We loved the restaurant, Starbucks and the smoothie bar as well as the pizza delivery all at the resort. Close to the boardwalk and fun restaurants you can’t beat the location. We will definitely return to this condo in the near future!"

"This condo worked so well for our family. It has new furniture, new appliances, is freshly painted, and clean! It is decorated really cute and beachy! We enjoyed the beautiful floor to ceiling views of the Gulf! The two full bathrooms, plus the extra half bath was very convenient. It is an easy short walk to the beautiful beach. We also enjoyed the pool, along with delicious food and drinks served to our lounge chairs. One afternoon we rented jet skis at the resort - very fun! Most mornings we took a leisurely walk to the main building and enjoyed Starbucks, as well as the smoothie bar. It is a pleasant drive (very little traffic) to many restaurants options on the beaches or in town. We enjoyed several different restaurants, each with a unique vibe and menu. When we were not relaxing at the beach, pool, exploring, or dining out, this condo was a wonderful home base for our family!"

"My husband and I stayed a week in this condo for our anniversary in September of 2024. The unit was very clean, bright, and well-appointed. You could tell it had just been updated with all new paint, furniture, decorations and appliances. We picked this unit for the view. Watching the sunsets and hearing the waves crash was amazing. We could enjoy a view of ocean, the sound, and the lights of Pensacola at night (we didn’t want to sit on the deck and look at another tower or a parking lot). The unit was well-equipped in the kitchen, we could stream our movies on the smart tv’s (they even had a nice selection of dvd movies), there was a nice selection of games, and a fat-tired wagon we used daily when going to the beach. We look forward to coming back to Pensacola Beach and will definitely book 5-702 again. Kim & Levi"
