Located on the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach, guests enjoy private beach access, resort-style amenities, and convenient proximity to local dining, shopping, and the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk.

A Light-Filled Gulf-Front Living Space
The main living area is designed to highlight the surrounding Gulf views. Expansive windows wrap the space, allowing natural light to fill the room while offering unobstructed views of the water from multiple angles.
Comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV create an inviting setting for relaxing after a day on the beach. Sliding glass doors open directly to the private balcony, extending the living space outdoors and providing the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, fresh coastal air, or evening sunsets over the Gulf.

Updated Kitchen & Dining with a View
The fully renovated kitchen blends functionality with style, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed for preparing meals at home.
The dining area includes seating for six, complemented by additional seating for four at the breakfast bar—ideal for casual meals or gathering while cooking. For a more scenic dining experience, the private balcony offers a peaceful setting to enjoy meals overlooking the water.

Private Bedrooms Designed for Comfort
The primary bedroom offers a quiet retreat with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a wall of windows that frame Gulf views and provide direct access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom has been recently updated and includes a shower/tub combination.
The second bedroom features a queen bed and flat-screen TV, with convenient access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Additional sleeping accommodations are available in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably host up to six guests.

Condo staff was exceptionally nice, especially Chris who worked at the pool, and the young men who did the daily beach chairs...I would recommend for other people to enjoy this location! If you go make use of the Gopher Carts who will take you all over for tips! Very reliable!"

"Beach access and location were spot on. The water and sand were gorgeous, and the views from floor 16 can’t be beat. The daily umbrella and chair setup was very convenient. We loved being a short walk away from the fun restaurants around the boardwalk- we did an airport transfer and didn’t need to rent a car. Loved the laid-back friendly vibe of Pensacola. We recommend Red Fish Blue Fish for dinner, and the kids loved Flounders with the playground and beach volleyball court. This will be our annual vacation spot. Communication was great regarding check-in and check-out. I also asked a few questions regarding grocery stores and transportation and got quick responses and recommendations. The only downside was sliding doors kept breaking and codes to get in weren’t always working. Overall, a great condo!"
