Description

Soak in the breathtaking views of emerald waters and sugar-white sands from the fifth floor of your Pensacola Beach condo. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features a spacious living area with ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning Gulf of Mexico views.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table or step out onto the private balcony to enjoy your food with a breathtaking view.
The primary bedroom offers stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf, complete with a queen-sized bed, a tv, and a large bathroom featuring both a tub and walk-in glass shower. In the second bedroom, you'll find a cozy queen-sized bed surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

For your convenience, there is a utility room with a washer and dryer.

During your stay, enjoy resort-style amenities including a large pool, hot tub, and fitness center—just steps from the beach. Located on Fort Pickens Road on the western side of Pensacola Beach, this inviting condo offers easy access to the shoreline and is close to the renowned Peg Leg Pete's Seafood Restaurant. Explore the rich history of Fort Pickens, just a short distance away, and immerse yourself in its storied past.

Pet Friendly with pet fee of $125

Emerald Dolphin will be undergoing a scheduled elevator modernization project beginning in August 2026, with estimated completion by December 2026. One elevator will remain fully operational throughout the project. Guests may experience occasional wait times and construction activity in common areas. Spacious rooms, ocean views & dog friendly!

"We loved staying at Emerald Dolphin 540, a big plus was the dog friendly accommodation. The rooms are very spacious, both bedrooms have balcony access and ocean views. The kitchen has all you need. Property management provides more dish and laundry soap, paper towels, and trash bags than I’ve seen at other places (we didn’t really need our own supplies). The building is quiet and clean, people are friendly. The communication was fantastic and check-in and out super easy. We highly recommend. Beach access right across street, umbrellas rented through La Dolce Vita rentals. Attaching a pic of Stella at the dog beach 1 mile away."

"It was a beautifully, clean Condo. Friendly staff. The guy who cleans the pool was there every morning keeping the pool in pristine conditions for swimming, which we got to enjoy several days in. We felt very safe there with it being a gated property. For convenience there is a trolley stop right in front of the premises to be able to go eat or shop near the center of PCB. We also loved that it was close to the dog beach, which we were very grateful to be able to bring dogs to stay with us. Our 2 dogs (lab and a Chiweenie) loved walking in the sand. Sadie our lab really enjoyed going into the water and having the waves come down on her. Also, while we were there we got a chance to watch the Blue Angels practicing from our balcony on 2 different days- Awesome! We would go back to PCB and stay in the same condo in a heart beat. :)"

"My friend and I booked this room for a trip to the beach so we had somewhere closer to stay than our home, and it was well worth it. The room was amazing, really clean, and was as nice as it was in the pictures. It came with a balcony that had an amazing view, and all the rooms were spacious with nice sized beds. The building it was at included a hot tub and a pool, which made it even better, and was a perfect distance to Pensacola beach to where we could come and go easily. 10/10"

"The condo was beautiful, and in an incredible location. Very clean! The a/c wasn’t working upon check in, but host was super responsive and within two hours maintenance had it up and running and the condo stayed cool for the rest of our stay. We were expecting queen beds, but they felt like full size. Aside from that, the condo is definitely worth the stay! Elevators, pool, etc were also tidy and well maintained. Can’t beat the distance to the beach and to Peg Leg Pete’s!"
