"We stayed for a few days here with 3 boys ages 9-10. The home was very clean. And the backside patio and dock were perfect for them to fish from every day. Bait and tackle shop close by. The air conditioner worked great so it was cool in the house. Communication was easy through vrbo with the management company."

This was the perfect spot to bring your boat!

"This was the perfect spot to bring your boat and still be close to downtown. We took the boat across the bayou a couple of times for dinner at Oar House and were able to easily slip out to Pensacola beach via boat. We Ubered downtown multiple times with ease. The boat ramp is walking distance from the townhouse and the dock is in great condition and easily accessed. The house itself is newly remodeled and well-equipped. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Highly recommend this home, it is very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. The deck out back on the bayou was spacious, I actually fit my morning workout routine every morning. It is close to a great fresh fish market, and because the kitchen was so well equipped it was easy to cook beautiful meals. The beds and living space were very comfortable. We saw crabs, baby stingrays, fish and dolphins off the dock in the bayou. Would stay again. Also easy to Uber to downtown with many unique restaurants or to Pensacola Beach if you don’t want to drive."

"The place was, like walking into your own house, there was absolutely nothing that we needed, everything and we mean everything! We forgot at home was provided by our host. Ok except for food,... however the snack bar was outstanding and the fireplace gave us a very relaxed time after we got back after a fun time. The bbq pit was great! We will return, THANK YOU."

Best place I stayed in Pensacola!

"I really appreciated being able to open the sliders for lots of fresh air, especially when sleeping. I awoke early one morning to catch the sunrise and took some great pix before the cranes moved in. The owners certainly have a well-stocked home, I wanted for nothing!! It was the best place I stayed in Pensacola in 6 places since April ...wishing it could have been longer!"
