"Newly renovated condo in an amazing location. Walking distance to the bay and beach. The back patio overlooked the bay area and fishing pier. The pool was centrally located and close to the condo. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you may need for your stay. Extremely clean. Washer and dryer in the unit. Keypad entry, so no keys to carry around. Easy to park with 2 assigned spaces. You do have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to enter the condo, which may be difficult for some. Overall, it was a great family vacation in a very nice condo. We hope to visit again soon! "

"Loved Baywatch D 11 and would love to return. It was a great place for a lovely vacation. I loved the condo. and the location. They had everything we needed at the condo. They could have put the beach chairs somewhere we could find them and not under the bed. We didn't find them until the last day."

"We absolutely loved the balcony! We spent a lot of time on the balcony drinking coffee and eating breakfast or hanging out at night time. The room was very clean and had everything you needed! Laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, plates, cups, utensils and so much more!"

"We had a great stay in Pensacola! The location was excellent — close to everything we wanted to see and do — and the host was very accommodating and responsive. The space was comfortable overall, though the sofa bed could use an upgrade as we expected it to better suit a bed each as a group of 3. Otherwise, a lovely stay and would happily return."

"This is the perfect vacation spot on Pensacola Beach. Absolutely stunning views of both the Bay and the Gulf! Easy access to both. Location has its own Bay beach with private pier and it’s just a short walk to the Gulf beach. The beach is beautiful, white sand and crystal clear water. The island location is also great. Just far enough down the island to be out of the crowds but close enough for easy access to all the shopping and restaurants. I would love to buy this condo!"

"I loved this condominium. It was clean, nicely decorated, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I will definitely stay again! The reasons for not giving this Airbnb a five star review across-the-board are that the washing machine did not work and the icemaker only made three cubes of ice in a 24 hour period. Instructions were sent after my check in time telling me that I had to go to another physical location and look in a lock box to get check-in information. Once I called and spoke to someone, I was able to get a code over the phone that allowed me to access the property. Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating, I just wish that this information was available earlier so that I did not have to reach out on my own to figure out how to access the rental property. Overall, I was very happy with this rental and recommend it!"
