As a guest, you’ll also enjoy free daily beach chair setups from March through October, courtesy of Lazy Days Beach Rentals—two chairs and 1 umbrella each day, a $300 value included with your stay (weather permitting). On-site resort amenities include a heated indoor pool and hot tub, a spacious outdoor pool and hot tub, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a full-service spa. The indoor pool features family swim hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily for guests 17 and under.

"We visit PCB annually and took a chance on this new listing with no reviews. We’ve stayed in larger places so I knew going in we were sacrificing square feet for location. But I am SO happy we did. This was the best location in the complex, and in several neighboring complexes! Other visitors were asking how we got our condo and wanted details for renting it. There was a HUGE family that would get up at 6am to claim the shaded table by the pool and directly at the foot of our patio. Waking up to a family of 30 watching us have coffee the patio wasn’t great. So we just got up earlier the next few days to stake claim to the table first. And having this table made a great vacation spot even better. Beach chairs are included but you have to pay extra for them to actually reserve your chairs. So we just went down when they opened at 8am and saved our chairs for the day. You need to bring your own pool / beach towels, there is a Keurig and hair dryers and washer/dryer in the unit."

"The condo is updated and beautifully decorated. It has a private, direct entrance to the pool (only one other condo has that). We've stayed here several times. The location is perfect if you enjoy walking to restaurants and shops. We will be back!"
