Relax on your balcony as you take in a dazzling Pensacola Beach sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. In your comfortable private retreat, you'll find the aesthetic touches and thoughtful amenities that make your stay a constant pleasure for you, your family and friends.

Each uniquely decorated residence has a gourmet kitchen, dining room, spa-inspired bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and large balconies.

Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the three bedroom residence has 1,614 square feet of living space. Each unit has a large living and dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, a master suite, and 2 guest bedrooms each with a private bath. The balcony with built-in cook center has plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing.

This unit has bedding of King, Queen, Queen and Sleeper Sofa
Balcony does have electric grill.

1 Free Seasonal Beach Chair set and Umbrella are provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals.

You will receive 2 parking passes for your stay.

"We had our annual friends’ beach trip here and it was a luxurious place with the perfect location. The condo was pristine with a spacious kitchen and three large bedrooms. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the patio space where we dined alfresco. We overlooked the pool and coastline. The building was quiet and there were wonderful amenities such as an indoor pool and large gym. I’d love to stay here again in the near future."

"This 5th-floor condo was perfect for us - a group of college friends now retired. Three BR each with own bath, all had king or queen beds. Most places we looked at were set up for kids bedroom. Nice to have adult accommodations...Pool was very nice as was convenient beach access (although the suggested way to go to pool was not good going through garage- there was a better way). Very nice perk was the free beach chairs and umbrella available each day. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Exactly as it was described. Beautiful views. The beds were comfy but needed more blankets. The kitchen has everything you need. Separate ice maker was great to fill a cooler and go to the beach for the day. Private beach access was very convenient. The beach is very clean. This is a condo resort so you have to check in and out at the main office. Also know they put an extra hold on your credit card so be prepared for that. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would come back."
