Enjoy a beautiful beach vacation in this Emerald Dolphin two-bedroom condo located overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

When you walk through the door of this beachfront condo, you'll feel as if you've entered paradise. It is expertly decorated with warm neutrals and the perfect shades of blue for a coastal vibe. The open floor plan includes a living space with plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer spectacular views of Pensacola Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table or step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy them with a breathtaking view.

There's space to accommodate six people comfortably, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a full dresser, and a flat screen tv. The luxurious ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower and ample storage space for guests. In addition, there is a sizable wardrobe closet in which you may keep all your clothing and other belongings without it causing clutter to the entire room. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, complete with a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bath. There is also a small third bedroom with two bunk beds, one side table, and a tv.

A full laundry/storage room is off the kitchen. Free Wifi is available.

Emerald Dolphin is a beautiful and luxurious gated community on Pensacola Beach.

Emerald Dolphin will be undergoing a scheduled elevator modernization project beginning in August 2026, with estimated completion by December 2026. One elevator will remain fully operational throughout the project. Guests may experience occasional wait times and construction activity in common areas. "My family and I enjoyed staying with Premier! The room was clean. The view was beautiful! There was even stuff in the room like floaties and beach toys for us to borrow. Plenty of paper towels soaps etc. Loved everything. The one issue we had was very quickly resolved loved the costumer service!"

"First let me say the communication from the property management team is outstanding. I’ve not experienced such customer care and service in the past as I did during this year's stay. The unit was exactly as presented. It’s very nice and we enjoyed our stay and hope that we can revisit our next visit. We are very familiar with the area and we feel it’s perfect for families that want to relax and enjoy the beach and unwind by the pool as well as the property is just minutes from excellent dining options. "We had the best time at Beauty on the Beach! Our place was very clean, anything we needed was addressed quickly. Our favorite parts was the wonderful pots and pans in this place and the balcony was about the best balcony I’ve ever been on in Pensacola. It’s extra wide with lots of seating options. My favorite, the 2 wooden chairs connected by a table. I was certainly out there every morning to watch the waves and listen to the surf. It was easy to get to the beach and the pool was great for the kids when the weather wasn’t great for swimming. We also appreciated the shower near the pool so that we were not bringing in so much sand into the condo."

"We loved our stay! The location is right across from public beach access, walkable to Peg Leg Pete’s and felt very safe. Home was clean and we appreciated the extra towels and sheets. The kids loved the boogie boards and beach chairs. There is enough room for everyone to spread out and the primary en suite space was loved by my teens. Thank you for the vitamin sea and ocean views!!"

"The most beautiful beach views. We got a gorgeous sunrise and beautiful sunset colors. The water was so clear. The condo was very spacious and the layout was nice with kids. Easy walk to the beach and short drive to shopping and the boardwalk. The balcony is heaven. We spent 90% of our time in the condo on it. I loved that there was a tv in all the rooms so our 3 boys could spread out. The bag of beach toys was great since we forgot ours at home! The host was very nice, easy to work with, and responded quickly. Our only complaint was with the Condominium, not the room. We just wish the hot tub temp was adjustable! Being pregnant, I couldn’t enjoy it like I was hoping, and it was borderline too hot to use for the others."

The Tom Thumb next door was very convenient, and the king bed was very comfortable! Definitely will check availability here for our next trip."

"Ok - so first the property is having construction and renovations and I really wish I had known more about that prior to booking - BUT - that in no way hindered our vacation. The noise was very minimal, didn’t obstruct our view and they even covered all the cars in the lot if they saw working near them. The condo itself is amazing. I loved the location and the layout of the unit. Very spacious and the bunk beds in the little spare room were big enough for my 6 ft tall 16-year-old. The kitchen needed a few things that we didn’t have but overall was well stocked. Overall this is a great place and I would totally stay here again."
