Description

If you’re coming to Pensacola Beach for the views, this corner unit delivers—everywhere you look. Coastal Cove sits on the 8th floor of Emerald Dolphin, one of the newer, most sought-after buildings on the beach, and offers sweeping Gulf, Sound and canal views all from one place. It’s a short walk to the white sand beaches, with sunset views that are just as memorable.

Inside, the condo is spacious, bright, and freshly remodeled with an easy, open layout that’s perfect for beach days and laid-back nights in. The kitchen features granite countertops, an oversized island, stainless steel appliances, and a pot filler, making it easy to cook, gather and enjoy time together.

One of the best features? The balcony. With nearly 400 square feet of outdoor space, there’s plenty of room to relax, dine or just take in the view—from sunrise over the Sound to sunset over the Gulf.

The primary bedroom faces the Gulf and opens directly onto the main balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a double marble vanity, a large walk-in shower, a makeup vanity and generous storage. The second king suite has its own private balcony overlooking Pensacola Bay, plus an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and a large closet. The third bedroom offers another king bed, a desk and a nearby bathroom with a marble vanity.

With room to spread out, views in every direction, and one of the best locations on Pensacola Beach, Coastal Cove at Emerald Dolphin 850 is an easy choice for a relaxed, upscale beach stay.

Emerald Dolphin will be undergoing a scheduled elevator modernization project beginning in August 2026, with estimated completion by December 2026. One elevator will remain fully operational throughout the project. Guests may experience occasional wait times and construction activity in common areas. "We really enjoyed our stay in the Coastal Cove condo at the Emerald Dolphin and would definitely book again! The unit was spacious, very clean and the setup (3 King Bedrooms) perfectly met the needs of our family. The view from the 8th floor wrap around balcony is spectacular, perfect for sunset viewing every evening! We've stayed in several different units at the Emerald Dolphin, as well as other areas along the Gulf Coast, and have to say this was the best well-stocked kitchen ever...so important for a larger family who is prepping meals. Communication was excellent with Premier Island...we highly recommend them when looking for a spot on Pensacola Beach!"

"This condo was exactly as advertised. The views from every room in the condo were breathtaking. The wrap-around balcony overlooked the Gulf, the back bay, and the canal. The bedrooms all had king beds and private baths, which is hard to find in a 3-bedroom place. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living room sofa was very comfortable. Check-in was seamless with text for door and gate codes. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great time! The view is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and there’s a great amount of seating. We stayed in winter and the only con was the hot water took quite a while to get to temp for showers. Everything else was great! There are a lot of nice touches, cute decor and higher-end electronics. The beach is right across the street so definitely walkable and food/stores are a short drive. Highly recommend!"

"Wowed when we entered the door. Beautifully decorated condo with outstanding views of the gulf and the bay. Perfect for our five-adult family. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. 24-hour convenience store right next door. Five-minute walk across the street to the beach. The parking slot in the garage was very tight for our rental vehicle, but it was a large vehicle. The only thing missing was maybe some beach towels. Thanks for allowing us to stay here."

"The property was excellent. It’s really nice having 3 king-size beds and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and pretty much anything you would need. It was just across the road from the beach which was wonderful. The pool was never crowded. There is balcony access on the gulf side and the sound side. There wasn’t really anything I could complain about. We have already reserved it for next year."

"We've stayed at the Emerald Dolphin many times over the years. This condo's renovations are great, definitely helps to set it a step above many even in the same building. The views on this side of the building cannot be beat, some of the most amazing sunsets you'll find in Florida. My family had a great time, everything was smooth from start to finish. We'd definitely consider staying in this unit again in the future."

The corner unit view was exceptional, a beach view you would like on vacay and a perfect place for sunset pics:) Blue Angels even flew right by our balcony one evening. Being within walking distance of Peg Legs was an added perk. We will not be looking for another place to stay in Pensacola, don’t believe there’s much better than this one out there:) and how could I almost forget the fitness facility, it was very well equipped!!"

"You won’t find better views on Pensacola Beach. Eight floors up with commanding views of the gulf and bay. Unit is very nicely appointed and up to date. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach cart are provided. Bring your own beach towels."
