Positioned directly on the shoreline, this luxurious accommodation is uniquely designed with expansive windows along multiple walls, allowing natural light to pour in while showcasing sweeping vistas of the emerald waters from nearly every angle.
Ideal for families or groups, this thoughtfully laid-out condo comfortably accommodates up to ten guests while delivering both space and a strong connection to the coastal surroundings.

Panoramic Living Area with Wraparound Gulf Views

The living room is the centerpiece of the home, enhanced by its corner positioning and walls of wraparound windows that frame uninterrupted Gulf views. Light fills the space throughout the day, creating a bright and inviting coastal atmosphere.
Furnished with a sleeper sofa, additional seating, and a flat-screen TV, the living area is designed for both relaxation and gathering. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the private balcony, where you can step out and take in the sound and sight of the waves.

Accessible from the living room and primary bedroom, the private balcony offers a front-row seat to Pensacola Beach’s signature scenery. Whether you're starting your morning with coffee or winding down at sunset, this outdoor space provides a seamless extension of the living area with uninterrupted water views.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining with Gulf Backdrop

The kitchen is fully equipped to handle everything from casual breakfasts to full family meals, featuring stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals with ease. A dining table with seating for eight anchors the space, complemented by additional seating for three guests at the kitchen bar.

Spacious Bedrooms & Flexible Sleeping Arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access with stunning Gulf views. The ensuite bathroom includes a garden tub, offering a relaxing space to unwind.
The first guest bedroom includes two double beds, while the second guest bedroom offers a queen bed. These rooms are connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom, making them ideal for families or shared stays. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations.

"Our family stayed here the week of spring break. The location was perfect with just the right mix of things to do for college kids, but relaxing enough for the parents. The condo was well laid out and the view from the balcony was amazing. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach out front was pristine, silky soft white sand and beautiful clear water. We enjoyed walking the beach, looking for sea shells and one day The Blue Angels flew overhead. What an incredible sight. Toured Fort Pickens one day and would definitely recommend that to visitors. Overall, a wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back again."

"This Condo could not have a better location- it is on the third floor and a corner unit. On a busy weekend we never had to wait on the elevator and never heard any guests in other condos. The beach view is spectacular! Very easy walk up beach access and we appreciated that the condo had first come first serve beach chairs (2) and umbrella for the unit. We are a family traveling with children, and it was great for us but there are no specific amenities for kids- which we did not expect based on the listing, but just be aware of that. Overall we would definitely stay here again!"
