The primary bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and a wall of windows with balcony access overlooking emerald green waters. There is a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features two full-sized beds.

"The view in the room could not have been any better! You can see the ocean and the bay. Panoramic views. Extremely spacious. Property management was friendly and excellent at keeping in communication with us from the day we booked, to the day before check-in, check-in day, during our stay and after. I didn’t love the bedspreads. Kind of paperthin but that’s personal preference and literally the only complaint I have! Pools were great, hot tub, beach access and you can walk to restaurants and shops!"

"We always come to Pensacola for Thanksgiving and this was our first time at this property. Pros: The views are fantastic from this condo, and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We loved sitting outside on the balcony, there is comfortable seating with pillows. The furniture inside was also very comfortable and nice! Full size washer and dryer!"

Easy access to everything fun right outside the building. Beds were comfy too. It was such a quiet and peaceful stay. It’s our 2nd time at this building and we’d definitely stay a third."

"This was a beautiful condo located in the middle of shopping, restaurants, and located directly on the beach. I loved the expansive windows that took up the master and living room where we enjoyed the beautiful blue ocean. This condo is located on the 12th floor. The condo also has a gym, heated pool, and hot tub which was nice for the kids to enjoy since the weekend we were there was freezing. I will definitely come back to this condo! We enjoyed our time."
