Situated on the top floor of the building, this residence provides an elevated perspective of the Gulf along with added privacy. Floor-to-ceiling windows and direct balcony access create a seamless connection to the water.
With a functional layout and convenient access to on-site amenities, this condo is ideal for guests seeking a relaxed beachfront stay with easy access to dining, entertainment, and the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk.

The main living space is open and inviting, designed to maximize the Gulf views. Comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV provide a place to unwind, while sliding glass doors lead directly to the private balcony.
The balcony extends the living space outdoors—perfect for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or simply enjoying the sound of the waves.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Flexible Dining Spaces
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with a layout that allows for both functionality and connection to the main living area.
A dining table offers seating for six guests, with additional bar seating for three at the kitchen counter. Guests may also choose to dine outdoors on the balcony while taking in uninterrupted Gulf views.

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony on this unit is amazing, you can sit out there for hours enjoying coffee or cocktails. We loved the fact there were many restaurants and shops nearby, were able to walk pretty much everywhere with little need to drive. Lots of codes and security to move around the facility, can be a bit annoying but the upside is not having anyone wandering around that does not belong. I would definitely stay here again."
