Vacation Paradise at this Majestic 5/3 Waterfront Soundside Beach Home

This secluded, oak-sheltered enclave offers the perfect soundside getaway vacation for a large family, a “Big Chill” reunion weekend, or for housing your wedding party!

The Key West style exterior of the home is warm and welcoming with its beautiful set of solid wood entry doors and lush landscaping. The foyer is grand with high ceilings and an open stairwell on the left. The stairwell in itself is a work of art with unique wrought iron ivy details in the railing.

After entry, to your right, you will find the library entrance features another beautiful set of hand-crafted, solid wood doors. The desk area is built-in with custom bookshelves queen sized bed and a TV.

Past the library is the glass bricked doorway entrance to the galley-style kitchen. Cooking in this kitchen will be a pleasure with its polished granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas range cook-top, and view over the breakfast bar out to the waterfront. Off the kitchen is a high-top table and four chairs perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchen is open to the living area with lots of comfortable seating in front of the TV/entertainment center.

Behind the living area is the formal dining room which features custom built-ins, a fireplace with a carved wood mantle, and more picture windows for beautiful views of the water. The downstairs bedrooms are located behind the kitchen.

5 Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and private bath.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Laundry is also available in this hallway.

Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom and has 1 king bed, with custom built-in shelving.

Bedroom 5 - On the separate upper level is where you will find the king size bed and small kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and coffee maker. It has a large walk-in closet with custom built-in shelving, and a huge style bathroom with a double vanity, and glassed walk-in shower. You will also find 2 additional queen beds.
Large glass doors lead to a private waterfront balcony overlooking the pool.

Imagine the peaceful mornings just being able to get up, make a cup of coffee, and step out onto your private deck, all without leaving your bedroom. With its high raftered ceilings and tons of natural light, this private suite is a vacation area all on its own.

The home is wonderful, but it is the outdoor spaces that really make this home unforgettable. The living room doors open to a covered porch area with exposed beam ceilings and a comfortable seating area. This leads straight into the gated, sparkling private pool. The pool has a large deck area and with its artistic paver design, it will stay cool on your feet even on the sunniest of Florida days. Adjacent to the poolside porch is an enclosed, fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar area. The huge outdoor kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, and two gas grill/cooking surfaces.

The outdoor bar seating opens into a beautifully landscaped stone patio area with lush lawn and shade from the mature oak trees. Waterside is a large deck leading to a private pier with more expansive decking for soaking in the sun.

"Great location and a few minute walk to the beach. Very responsive hosts—-handled issues quickly. Could use some updating, more towels and blankets. Only one bathroom downstairs except for the one inside of a bedroom. Overall a great place for a large group—can spread out inside, outside with lots of places to sit and separate outdoor rooms for people to hang out with multiple refrigerators!"

"We stayed with family and friends for my daughter’s UWF graduation weekend. It was the perfect house for a multi-generational group with ground floor rooms for the older folks and a porch and common room with multiple beds for the younger folks to have their own space. The outdoor patio space had lots of seating and the outdoor enclosed kitchen was fantastic for when the weather turned cold and windy during our BBQ. The views of the sound were lovely and we saw dolphin every day. The house was well equipped for our needs and it seemed to have just had an update. A great time was had by all!"

"Worked well for my family of 7 adults, 2 teens, 4 children, and 1 toddler. There was plenty of room. We had 5 kids stay upstairs which was nice because they could be rambunctious without getting on our nerves. There are 3 full-sized refrigerators. Kids loved the pool although it is not heated. I loved the screened porch with the BBQ. Great view. The gulf is only 2 block walk. All the activities and restaurants are 5 min drive. Lots to do in the area."

This is an Airbnb so it is not perfect but it was perfect for us. It was a very nice place and it matched the advertisement. We had some minor issues that were addressed immediately. The place is very private and definitely accommodates large groups. The only downer is there are not enough bathrooms but we worked it out.

"Premier was great in their responses and solving the issues as quickly as they could! The dishwasher wasn't draining and they got someone out there within 24 hours. The sweeper was broken and not working and they had one to us the next morning. They also checked in on us to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. Couldn't have asked for a better team! Can't wait for the next trip!"

The location was wonderfully situated in a quiet area with just a quick walk to the beach...We enjoyed fishing off of the dock and lounging by the pool and the outdoor seating areas. "The place was great. Lots of room for our large group. The pool was wonderful everyday. We saw lots of fish and other wildlife from the dock. We even saw dolphins a couple of times. The kitchen was really nice but could use some updated pots and pans. We cooked breakfast everyday and everything stuck to the pans. The beds where great and comfortable. It was always quite at night so sleeping was easy. All in all and great stay!!! Thank you."

"This place was amazing! Prior to booking, the house had good reviews. Was worried as the reviews changed the last few months. The house is older and outdated but still in fabulous shape. Well insulated from noise and the pool/large decking area was a great hang out space for us and the 4 little ones early in the morning. We spent most of out time outback. Bedrooms are set up well if you need an extra bed for a little one in your room. If you are looking for a modern, new pristine house this place is not for you but if you want a family house great for family time and fun this place is perfect. Its amenities are plentiful and had enough tp and trashcans! We do recommend new frying pans. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. We loved our time spent there! Thank you for allowing us to create our amazing memories at home away from home!"

"House was amazing! Some reviews mention the house needing some TLC, which is true, but stay anyway. The view was great. It’s just a couple of blocks from the beach. The pool is also nice but the weather was too cold for us to use. I do recommend bringing plenty of your own supplies like cooking oils and spices and laundry detergent. Some was supplied but we needed more. Would definitely stay again!"

"This house is AWESOME! Many bedrooms and areas to "hang out". It felt very spacious even with multiple families. The outdoor space is incredible, there's a small sandy area by the bay people can lay out and the kids played in the sand, lounge chairs on the deck, dock, pool, stone patio where we set up our corn hole boards, a covered patio, garage space with extra fridge. The bay was beautiful and the beach was not a far walk. Our 3 year old made the walk carrying his towel and beach bucket if that puts it in perspective. Bars and reasturants were a straight shot and not a far drive. Overall I would definitely ecommend and will consider this house for our next trip to Pensacola!"

"BEAUTIFUL HOME!!! This home was perfect for a family vacation and we had a small destination wedding while there at the home. The views are completely amazing. Multiple refrigerators available which helped feeding a family of my size. YES!!! I would definitely rent again!
