Description

The first thing you'll notice is that this house has over 900 square feet of open and covered decks, each with incredible views of the Sound! It's a great entertainment space to be paired with a large yard.

The house turns into your getaway home with a fully stocked kitchen that would please any chef! If the granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and large island don't hold your attention surely the stainless steel appliances, gas cook top and wall oven will! A breakfast bar provides extra seating for dinner. The kitchen flows easily into the living room that has built in bookcases and is a wonderful gathering spot.

The main floor also contains two bright and beach-y guest rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom, laundry room and a half bath. Guest bedroom #1 with King Bed, and Guest bedroom #2 with Queen Bed.

The expansive primary suite rests on the top floor and has 700 square feet of luxury and fabulous views. The primary bedroom boasts a private open deck with wonderful Gulf and Sound breezes with bedding of King Size Bed and Twin sized sleeper sofa. The primary bathroom has two vanities, a garden tub and separate shower.

An extra guest bedroom can be found on the third floor as well with bedding of a bunk bed with bedding of Twin over XL Queen, plus a twin sized trundle bed.

The bottom level of the home is a three car garage with garage openers provided.

This home will sleep 11 comfortably.
