This resort was top tier with an endless amount of amenities. The photos did not do the property justice. Everything was clean and modern. The location is on the quiet end of Pensacola Beach with the clearest water on the Gulf. Communication was well above expectations. I was in town for a family reunion, and some of my family members booked at Portofino but not through Premier, and there was a noticeable difference. I received communication from Premier notifying me that my room was ready before the 4 p.m. check-in. Also, I was offered a promo rate to extend my stay another day or add late checkout, which my other family members did not get because they did not book through Premier. I will definitely come back to Portofino Resort and book with Premier."
