Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

"Our stay in Tower 4 Unit 1002 was fantastic. The condo is exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. The view is out of this world. We watched the dolphins in the Sound each morning and it's just incredible to be able to see both the Sound and the Gulf. It was my two sisters and our three young kids and we fit just fine. Tower 4's location is great - right next to the main pool at the Spa & Lifestyle Center as well as the Santa Rosa Sound and floating obstacle course. The Spa & Lifestyle Center is also where they have a market, pool bar, restaurants and craft days and activities for the kids. The unit itself was comfortable with plenty of glassware, cookware and utensils to make dinner/meals when needed. The only thing I'd recommend is bring your own beach/pool towels as there are none in the unit or at the pools. There are also just a couple dish towels. But we made do! Can't wait to go back!"

"This condo was perfect! Overlooked the pool and sounds side, the balcony was warm and sunny in the morning and cool and shady in the evening. Very close to the main lobby and all the amenities. It was the perfect spot."
