This charming three-bedroom/2.5-bath town home is located just across the street from the beach and the Gulf and is directly on the calm waters of Sabine Bay.

The main level of the unit includes an updated kitchen, dining area and large living room with views of the bay and 2 sleeper sofas. The laundry area and half bath are also on this level. The three bedrooms and two full baths are located on the upper level. The master has a king bed and private bath. The two guest bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a king bed, share a hall bath.

Enjoy the lower level sitting area with access to the bay side of the property.

Additional unit amenities include complimentary wireless internet, outdoor grill and community pier.

You are only minutes away from dining, entertainment and shopping.

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean with easy access to both the beach & the bay! Spacious with plenty of room to hang out for our group of 9. We like to play games & the condo even provided some that we didn't bring. Very good location where we could easily access restaurants too! Check in & check our was easy. "Great place! The location was beautiful we walked across to the beach everyday on our stay. We traveled with 3 kids ages 11-3 and the house was amazing! It has everything you need for your stay. The neighbors are so nice as well. The check in process was easy even though we got in late at night. Overall don’t hesitate book this place!"

"We had a pleasant stay here! The remodeled townhouse has an all over beach vibe and is extremely spacious. You cannot beat the location and the views. Beautiful bay side from the living room, and you can see the ocean waves from the master bedroom. We could walk to the beach in just a couple minutes. The neighbors were friendly and it was not a noisy area. This is a great spot for families. If you have younger kiddos, be mindful of the stairs as it is 3 stories, and bring a gate (bigger than standard width). Overall good experience!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Sabine Dream. It was located with easy access to the beach or the bay. Restaurants are nearby. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well supplied. We had a slight issue checking in as our key wasn’t included in our welcome kit, but the staff was very friendly and hurriedly got a key for us. We would definitely come again."
