The best of Pensacola Beach is at your fingertips when staying at Sandy Dreams; offering cozy accommodations for up to 7 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

The townhome is conveniently located two minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and roughly three miles to restaurants, shopping and bars.

The upper level of this home features two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has private access to a balcony. The second guest room has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen television. There is a full bathroom with a separate vanity and tub/shower combination. A half bath is located next to the kitchen on the first floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to prepare meals and refreshments. There is also an outdoor grill. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar with seating for four guests or outside on the private balcony overlooking the pond.

The townhome is equipped with all modern conveniences, including smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.
Don't leave your four-legged friend at home –– we're dog friendly!
Will take small pets no more than 2, under 25 lbs with associated pet fee.

"It was a last-minute trip for us - literally same-day planning. Everything went well. We arrived very late and that wasn't a problem. They were very accommodating. The place was as it was described and looked just like in the photos even better!"

"Needed a pet friendly place to stay while in town for a birthday party. The house was very comfortable and well set up. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and downtown. A couple of hiccups occurred but the staff was very responsive and helpful and got it resolved immediately. Heather actually provided her cell in case we got locked out. I would definitely recommend this property again."

"I stayed here with my mom, 16 year old twins and our dog. Location was perfect. We had plenty of room, I loved all the outdoor space! I had to do some work and I was able to sit out on the balcony to enjoy the sun, palm trees and wifi! Could not have asked for a better week!"

Cleanest condo we’ve rented on the island!

"Enjoyed our stay in this classic condo. Very quiet, friendly neighbors, and a block from the beach. Condo had everything needed to feel right at home. Just bring your beach towels, and a filter, coffee grounds for the non-Keurig drip maker. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, but there are 2 pullout couches in the living room. Place was extremely clean- cleanest condo we’ve rented on the island!"

"We enjoyed our stay - it was very close to beach and easy to access the beach. Unit is older but pictures are accurate so I wasn’t surprised at all and it was fine for us. It accepts pets and that was our main concern. It was clean and comfortable and met our needs."

"Great location!! Steps to beach access and far enough away from the main area that it’s quiet and relaxing. Just a quick 3-5 min drive to all of the restaurants and shops. The pictures don’t do this place justice! Very clean, comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was stocked, the bedrooms were spacious and the patios were great for sitting and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean and well equipped unit in a residential area very quiet and private. Everything was brand new even though the unit is in an older building it was comfortable and spacious. Loved having four balconies to enjoy the morning coffee and afternoon sunset."
