"It’s a very nice, roomy, and well-equipped condo in a quiet area. It had a nice bay view and a large pool. It is a 3rd floor condo with an elevator right at the door and a covered parking garage and storage carts to haul your stuff upstairs, which makes it all very convenient. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Pensacola Beach area."

"We love staying at Santa Rosa Dunes! This is our 3rd stay in the complex first time staying at this exact apartment. It was nice, super easy walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the bay. ❤️ This place is super cozy, so when it rained we felt right at home watching TV and eating snacks!!..."

"This Santa Rosa Dunes condo was a gem of a find! Very convenient reserved covered parking condo space by nearby elevator with luggage carts. The condo size was great for my husband and I. The balcony view of the bay was so peaceful and afforded my husband and I lots of pictures of the most unbelievable majestic sunsets we've seen. The one bedroom condo is extremely clean, accurate description and pictures, with clean and oversized pool at the clubhouse. The walk across the street to the beach walk way was much closer than I thought it would be. We stayed six nights and I was not ready to leave! Premier Island Management Group was very responsive and checked in on us by text to see if we needed anything during our stay. Santa Rosa Condos on Fort Pickens Road are quiet and away from the busy part of the island, but just a few minutes drive to all the restaurants and shopping. Our favorite food experience was definitely Shaggy's. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!!!"

"This place was great! It’s basic and has just enough. My son and I enjoyed our stay. It’s just a few minutes from the beach. It included some beach chairs and sand toys, a covered parking spot and carts to load your items just outside the elevator. The place was clean, with beautiful views of the bay on the back patio and the beach across the street. The kitchenette had everything you needed for cooking. The bed was a bit soft for my liking. My son did not complain about the pull-out sofa bed, but that was very soft also. I would suggest bringing your own coffee as they only supplied one days worth and no filters, which I was a little annoyed about. Also bring your own plastic wrap and foil. The customer service line was always available and they did respond in a timely manner. The staff were very friendly."

"Me and my husband went on our first ever kid free vacation, and the place was perfect just for us! The view of the ocean was gorgeous from the balcony, and from the front door you can see the beach! We had parking under the building, and an elevator to easily get to our room. The beach was just a walk across the street and so was an amazing restaurant called Peg Leg Pete’s!! If you’re looking for a basic place to stay for you and your significant other, this place is perfect for that!"
