Welcome to Trident House

Set directly on the sand in Pensacola Beach, Trident House is a spacious Gulf-front retreat designed for large families and group getaways. Recently renovated and thoughtfully arranged across two levels, this beachfront home offers direct beach access, expansive Gulf views, and comfortable gathering spaces for up to 18 guests.

With five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, multiple outdoor seating areas, and beach amenities included, Trident House makes it easy to settle in, spread out, and enjoy a memorable stay just steps from the shoreline.

A Private Gulf-Front Setting

From the moment you arrive, Trident House connects you to the beach. Wide windows and sliding doors frame emerald green water views, while private balconies create easy spaces for morning coffee, sunset watching, or relaxing between beach outings.

Guests can move effortlessly from the home to the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the beach, and gather on the ground level with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table for casual outdoor time.

Main Living, Kitchen & Dining

The main living area is bright, open, and welcoming, with coastal decor, a plush sectional, cozy chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. Expansive windows fill the space with natural light and keep the Gulf in view throughout the day.

The fully equipped kitchen features crisp white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island with seating for five. Just beside the kitchen, the dining area seats up to seven, creating a comfortable space for family meals, snacks between beach trips, or late-night games with the Gulf as the backdrop.

A private balcony off the living area includes cushioned seating and a propane grill, making outdoor meals and relaxed evenings easy.

Upstairs Bedroom Suites

The upper level includes two spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy.

"Fantastic home & easy access to the beach. Perfect for a big family!! The layout was great! Tons of plates, cups, cookware and utensils. Bring Tupperware and all kitchen essentials (foil, wrap, baggies, everything except salt and pepper). The beach chairs and toys provided were very convenient as well. Will def stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Trident House. The location was perfect. We all enjoyed being close to everything yet far enough way so that we could enjoy our privacy too. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Check-in and check-out stress free. The elevator made loading and unloading a breeze. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having a private balcony off of almost every bedroom. Being a person that enjoys games I was impressed with the many great games to choose from like Sorry, Clue, Jenga, Backgammon and corn holes to name a few. The sound system on the TV was surprisingly good. One of the guests happened to turn on a Nascar car race and you would have thought the car was inside the room! The house was equipped with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and even a beach buggy to carry our stuff down the beach.The final day when we were cleaning up to leave I discovered an extra sleeping nook with a bean bag type bed, a TV, and a lamp in the upstairs hallway which was not listed. One of my guests had slept on the sofa. It would have been nice to know we had an extra private area for them to sleep, even if it was small. Our stay was fantastic! I only wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay on Pensacola beach!"

"The house was very clean upon arriving. Beach chairs and umbrellas in perfect condition. The kitchen was fully stocked with great condition pots/pans and utensils. They fully clean out any remaining spices, salt/pepper or remaining canned goods after each guest. Everything worked the way that it was suppose to, except we did have to change the battery in the grill ignition, which the kitchen drawer had batteries. I highly recommend and would stay again."

"Had a family vacation with both sets of grandparents. House is big enough for everyone to have a bed, and a lovely kitchen/living room area for everyone to congregate in. They had beach towels, boogie boards, and chairs/umbrellas, which we were graciously invited to borrow. There is a pathway to the beach right next to the house, which made the (pretty short) walk so much nicer, especially for grandparents. It is super close to everything in Pensacola Beach, yet lovely and quiet at night. The house was beautifully furnished and just perfect. We have booked it for next year already."

Beautiful ocean - soft white sand and perfectly clear water! Easy walk to most of the local restaurants (about 15 mins). Had a great stay!"

"We were in town for a funeral and needed a last minute place to stay that was large enough to serve as a gathering spot for our extended family ranging from kids to some older family members who aren’t very mobile. The open floor plan between the living room, dining room, kitchen, and extending to the large deck overlooking the water made for a great gathering spot for our large group. The bedrooms were good sized and the master bedroom and the sitting room and balcony attached to it was was one of the nicest rooms I have ever seen in a rental. It was also nice to have an office with a desk for those who had to log onto their computers to do work. The only “complaints” I have are minor. First, there was no brush or anything else to clean the grill grates - I tried using a spatula to clean them while they were still hot, but they still seemed pretty dirty. Second, there were no beach chairs (I left two behind for the next user, although not sure if the property management company threw them out). These are truly nits - everything else about the house, from the appliances to the wifi, worked great. The location cannot be beat. We happened to be there for July 4 and Blue Angels practice. We had a great view of the fireworks on the bay side from the upstairs balcony that faces the front of the house and it was thrilling to see the Blue Angels fly down the beach and directly over the house three different days during our stay. About half of the large deck is covered, so even on hot days there was plenty of outdoor seating in the shade. There is public beach access right next to the house, but because parking in the neighborhood is fairly limited the beach directly in front of the house is relatively quiet (if you walk 50 yards west toward the hotels, it is packed, so you can easily have the best of both worlds). It is also a 10 minute walk to convenience stores and the restaurants by the boardwalk on the bay side so you can grab snacks, drinks, or go out to eat without driving. Before I booked the house I questioned whether the price was worth it, but it ended up being great. If we are ever in need of a large house in Pensacola, we would absolutely check to see if it were available."
