"Very clean and comfortable. The condo had everything needed for a family beach trip. Very well-equipped kitchen with a few basic supplies provided. The beach is a few minutes walk away. We only had a car for some of the trip, 2 parking spaces are provided with the condo. The location is about 2.5 miles from any cafes, restaurants, bars or shops, so it's a very quiet location. We walked our 1st day, but it's a long way in the heat. The free trolley runs 4pm-12am, but was not reliable. There are golf carts you can call for a ride for tips or Uber, of course. Premier was so responsive to any queries I had. They were very polite and welcoming. We arrived after hours and they gave me instructions to collect my info from a lockbox. All worked perfectly. Would definitely stay again. Great hosts and great apartment."

"Great condo within walking distance of the beach. The place was exceptionally clean and well stocked, especially the kitchen. We cook all of our meals, so this was a huge plus. Beds were comfy and there was a tv in each room which was nice. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!"

"This was our first time visiting Florida. Our family enjoyed the convenience of being able to easily walk to the beach and pool. It is also a great location if you want to take a quick drive to visit other beach spots as well. The location also offered many restaurants and activities for families to do. The condo was very clean (appliances, beds, bathrooms, no unusual smells or dirty floors). Everything we needed for cooking was provided. The floors did get very sandy as we made trips back from the beach. We laid a couple of towels down to wipe our feet, like next to the beds etc. We did have to sweep very frequently. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends."

"After some complications with another rental, we chose this one. It worked out well for us. This unit isn't directly on the beach, but the complex is. There's a short walkway to the beach inside the complex. And the beach is stunning all year long. The pictures of the unit on the website are accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with great appliances. There were enough towels for our family of 4 to use. Beds were comfy. Parking was not an issue at all. This unit is at a much less crowded end of the beach, but trolley stops are right outside & it runs all day."

Newly renovated. Beautiful condo. We have visited Pensacola Beach for many years and this is definitely one of the best condos for the money. We will definitely be staying here again. Short walk through the complex to the beach. Can't wait for our next visit.
