"This was our first time visiting Florida. Our family enjoyed the convenience of being able to easily walk to the beach and pool. It is also a great location if you want to take a quick drive to visit other beach spots as well. The location also offered many restaurants and activities for families to do. The condo was very clean (appliances, beds, bathrooms, no unusual smells or dirty floors). Everything we needed for cooking was provided. The floors did get very sandy as we made trips back from the beach. We laid a couple of towels down to wipe our feet, like next to the beds etc. We did have to sweep very frequently. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends."

"After some complications with another rental, we chose this one. It worked out well for us. This unit isn't directly on the beach, but the complex is. There's a short walkway to the beach inside the complex. And the beach is stunning all year long. The pictures of the unit on the website are accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with great appliances. There were enough towels for our family of 4 to use. Beds were comfy. Parking was not an issue at all. This unit is at a much less crowded end of the beach, but trolley stops are right outside & it runs all day."

Newly renovated. Beautiful condo. We have visited Pensacola Beach for many years and this is definitely one of the best condos for the money. We will definitely be staying here again. Short walk through the complex to the beach. Can't wait for our next visit.

"Came home for son's wedding. Wife being from Michigan, wanted a place on the beach. While not directly on the beach, the complex is and it's less than a 3-minute walk to the beautiful Gulf. It was clean and nicely set up. Would recommend to anyone."
